Notes
GENERAL INFO
Assez is an adverb. It means "enough" or "quite/rather."
USAGE
It precedes an adjective or adverb: "C'est assez bon" (It's quite good).
Before a noun, use "assez de": "J'ai assez d'argent" (I have enough money).
It can also follow a verb: "J'ai mangé assez" (I ate enough).
TRAPS
Always use "assez de" before nouns. Its placement is crucial: generally before the adjective/adverb, but after the verb it modifies.
Avoid confusing its "quite" meaning with "very" (très).
