Question (f.) is a feminine noun meaning "question" (an interrogative utterance) or "issue/matter" (a topic or concern).

USAGE

You'll often hear "poser une question" (to ask a question). It also appears in phrases like "c'est une question de..." (it's a matter of...) or "la personne en question" (the person in question).

TRAPS

While often a direct translation, don't use question as a verb for "to doubt." Instead, say "douter de quelque chose" or "remettre quelque chose en question." "No question!" (meaning "no way!") translates to "Pas question !"
