GENERAL INFO
Sa is a feminine singular possessive adjective meaning "his," "her," or "its."
USAGE
It always precedes a singular feminine noun, regardless of the owner's gender.
E.g., "sa voiture" (his/her car), "sa chaise" (his/her chair).
TRAPS
Sa agrees in gender and number with the *noun it modifies*, not the owner.
If a feminine singular noun starts with a vowel or mute 'h', you must use "son" instead of sa for phonetic reasons.
E.g., "son amie" (his/her female friend).
