GENERAL INFO
Trouvé means "found." It is the past participle of the verb "trouver" (to find). It can function as part of a compound tense or as an adjective.
USAGE
It's commonly used in compound tenses with "avoir": "J'ai trouvé mon portefeuille." (I found my wallet.) As an adjective, it describes a noun: "l'objet trouvé" (the found object).
TRAPS
As an adjective, trouvé must agree in gender and number: "une solution trouvée" (a found solution), "des documents trouvés" (found documents). In compound tenses with "avoir," it only agrees if the direct object precedes the verb: "La réponse que j'ai trouvée."
